 Subject: new mods, diff idle

Hey everyone, im kind of new this board, my question is, today i installed a MSD 6a and blaster 2 coil. Relocated the iat sensor to the new pacesetter intake i put in. And installed accel 8.8mm wires and a borg warner cap and rotor. Now the engine idles completely differnt. I had a little tap from the lifters on the pass. side before but now I have it on both sides and the engine sounds louder at idle than it did before. Any ideas. I dont have any engine lights on or anything. this is on a 98 3.9.
