 Subject: Dash Lights

Hello again, I have a 95 Dodge Dakota Sport. The dash lights and all the instruments dont always come on when I start it or turn the lights on. I can beat on the dash and they will come on and work. What do you guys think it is maybe a bad ground? If you have had problems like this let me know what you did to fix it.

Loose connector on the back of the instrument board.
