Subject: F&B installed IP: Logged
Message: I installed an F&B TB (48 mm) on my 2003 cc sxt (3.9L 5 spd) this week. The performance increase is very impressive. The only other mods that I have at this time are an Airaid intake and a flowmaster 70. The truck is really starting to come alive.
Now for my question. I have noticed since the install that the idle is a bit higher than it was before. It used to idle at about 700 rpm when the motor was all warmed up. Now it idles at about 850 rpm. Is this normal? If not, is there an adjustment to idle it back down? Everything else seems OK (that is way better than stock).
Thanks in advance.

Message: Thats about what I thought. I did the install on Wed. and every time I drive, it seems to have more go. All in all, I'm very pleased with this mod.
