are the V6 Magnum emblems by the headlights held on by tape or bolted onto the body and same with the slt logo on the doorpanel. i was wondering if i could take them off

v6 magnums are held on by sticky but look inside the front fender from under the hood. there are 2 pins on each. you'll have to fill those holes. the SLT badges ought to just come right off. i de-badged my '00 QC Sport. only things that left on mine is the ram's head in the middle of the hood.

it would require some body to do it right and i am NO body repairman. prolly have to dimple around the holes, sand to bare metal fill with bondo or fibreglass or weld them up, grind, sand, prime, paint clear coat.
the only reason my V6 badges are gone now is because i was in an accident a while back (not my fault) and the replacement fenders they used on my truck were from an '02. they didn't put engine badges on the '02's & up.

I SHAVED MY EMBLEMS OFF AND THEY ARE HELD ON WITH TWO PINS AND TWO SIDED TAPE
