Subject: Resetting the PCM IP: Logged
Message: Okay, I am going to ask....
How do you reset the PCM on a 1998 Dak with V6? In my Haynes manual, it states that unhooking the battery will still keep error codes stored. The manual basically says to take it to the dealer or find someone with one of those Scan tools. Anyone have a trick?

Message: Disconnect the Neg battery terminal. Turn the ignition to the ON position for about 15 to 20 seconds. Turn it back to the off position. Replace your negative battery terminal.
If you have any other questions, go to

type in tips and tricks and go from there.
