CHeck your owners manual - I went to www.trailerlife.com to check the rating. It shows your towing capacity @ 4400 lbs with the 3.55 axle and 4800 lbs with the 3.90 So I would say "yes". I'm guessing that you have a transmission cooler? not just the one in the radiator - after that the lines should route to a fluid/air cooler that is likely mounted between the radiator and the condensor (or maybe out front). If you dont have a tranny cooler, then definitely add one. Also, since you are on the high side of your limit, shut off the OD when towing and change your fluid every year.
