CW...if you calculate it by the rate of speed you would get a 13.425...but i am thinking hight 13's
the race was against a ranger...i finished before he hit the 60 foot mark i think...no he wasn't that bad... only 3 seconds slower.
my goal was to break into the 8s... did it so i am going to lay back from racing a while and do some good mods like...exhaust, manifold cutting, port matching yadda yadda yadda...new gears and LIMITED SLIP DIFFERENTIAL... it will be a long way into the 7s!
thanx bernd! and it was a Scrubb Free Mildew Remover spray bottle. it shot only in a straight line so i got a knife and modified my spray bottle to shoot a mist...gosh...i am going as far as modifying spray bottles ;)

Yup...it sure can. The V6 is actually a bit stronger than the 5.2/5.9L when it comes down to the head-bolt pattern. I ran a 100HP shot for quite some time without any problems.

On my older system...yes. I had to run a 2-3 degree retard. NX has "allegedly" fixed the NOS to Fuel ratio (jetting) and you shouldn't need it. (However, running a slight retard at higher RPM's will help prevent detonation...unless you're running 100+ octane fuel. Then, you shouldn't need it.) This is entirely engine dependent though: tune, timing curve, other modifications, etc.

sweet times...since a 100 shot roughly knocks off a second in the 1/4..even with out the juice your truck is running really good for those mods. Gotta wake up at the light though =P

No...the 100HP shot didn't contribute to the engine breakage. That was my stupidity and 68K miles on factory parts. (You're not supposed to run nitrous for over a mile..especially when under 10# boost on stock headgaskets and bolts. That's what I did...but I took out the #$%@head in the ElCamino in the process. hehehehe) ;)
I'll take some pics of the shop-vac on Monday. We were using it to remove some sheet rock dust from the office and the dust was blowing out the exhaust port on the vacuum. Sooooo....Tom (and I) put a K&N breather filter on it with some masking tape and viola...no more dust blowing out the exhaust port.
