hey guys anyone know who/where
i can get tranny gears
i realy want to do something with first and make it more useful (94 3.9 5spd. i believe ax15)

what joe is saying is he wasnts first gear to be a little bit longer, but not sacrificing the driveability of his other gears, changing the rear end gear changes the ratios with all 5 gears, not just his first. good luck joe, but i think you are S O L

Go to http://www.high-impact.net
Contact a saleman, and they will tell you your options.
In some cases, they can give you different gears, in others they will tell you to get a different tranny. Dont worry about trading tranny's, you will get credit for turning yours in.

crow thanks for the link i'll be getting a hold of them soon
i doubt i would go the route of a whole new tranny though
it would be heaven for a closer ratio between 1st & 2nd
