Hey all, I am contemplating adding a V8 throttle body to my 98' Dak with a 3.9. I know I will have to change the throttle cable. Does anyone know what the number for the cable is because I want it all to go smooth since it is my daily driver. I want to get more cold air into it also. Antone know of anyone that makes a cold air system for this motor. I have a Gibson exhaust already on the truck. Thanks for your help.

Most of the intake systems on the market are not true cold air intakes. I have an airaid intake on mine. I removed the rubber flap on the passenger side of the radiator to let more cold air in. If you want true cold air (from outside, you will have to fabricate one (do a search many here have done it).
I just ordered a F&B throttle body for mine. Still waiting for it to come in.

If all the v8 tb questions on this board were laid end to end they would strech from LA to New York. alas no one knows how to search or even read the board before posting.
