 Subject: Throwing a Code now won't run!

Hey ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!! I put in those Ford injectors and the Check Engine light came on, it was running too much fuel. SO, we swapped the old ones back in, and now it dies on idle but if you stay on the gas it will run, but once you pull off it dies! The check engine light is still on, WHAT DO I DO?????? any help is greatly appreciated.

sounds like you have a pressure leak somewhere. Did you put oil (fresh engine oil) around the o-rings on the injectors?

No, seriously, Eric. You have to reset the PCM or the computer goes ape and does exactly what you described. It doesn't know it's fuel injector from a hole in the ground. :0)

Yeah, from my understanding it -might- idle funny for a while until the computer learns the new injectors. Not sure though, I never got the them working. Stupid 2000 model year and their different connectors...
Sorry they didn't work!
