I was driving with a friend home one night and this kid pulled up to me in what i thought was a grandma car 93 Buick Roadmaster, He reved it up at the red light didn't sound like anything hot. But as soon as the light turned green he killed me i have minor mods to my 3.9L 5 speed 2000 dak. But i didn't know that the roadmaster's have big ass 5.7L 350 in it :-(

A friend's mom of mine had a Buick wagon. It also had the 350 and that thing would get up and go. I never did suspect much from those grandma cruisers.

here is my suggestion, this keeps me from feeling down on myself for losing races. dont race. the only race i will accept is the one i know i can win...89 dakota..i know i can beat it. (or a ford, i mean half of them dont run)

i've driven my grandmother's 2002 Grand Marquis and it will tear my 3.9 reg cab a new one. it's got a 4.6, not sure about the gearing, but you can't under estimate those granny cars. funny thing is i love to drive it just as much as my dakota because i can smoke people that don't expect it. one of these days i'm gonna start sneaking goodies under the hood, and she'll never know the difference cause she never drives. real fun then.

that's why my project now is a BUICK. i've always loved 'em and always had one around. those 455's are torque monsters. chevy, it's what's for dinner!
