 Subject: Intake Bolt torque

Could someone please tell me in Plain Ole American English.
What is the torque On the Intake bolt's? 1996 Dodge Dakota 3.9.
There are 6 Bolt's on each side and I know that you start in the center and work your way to the end's.
I have done quite a Bit of searching on the Internet and this forum But! I am finding a Lot of stuff I do not understand.
Do they torque in Ft.Pound or in Inche's.
My torque wrench does not have Inche's only Pound's.
