hey everyone. i need a new muffler and am going with the flowmaster 40 original. does anybody have any websites with reasonable prices on flows that wont take my money and run? id rather not pay 70-90 bucks for a muffler but i will if i have to. also, how do you determine the size of your pipes? i have a dual catback exhaust now but dont know the size of the pipes, this will come in handy when ordering the muffler. thanks.

I think that JC Whitney might have Flowmasters, not really sure. Go to Google and search. I think you will find the best prices that way. I even think that some people look at Ebay. The easiest day to get the pipe size is to measure around the pipe and divide by 3.14. Assuming it's a circle. Hope that helps.

This prolly don't help a lot...but I paid $107 for my Flowmaster 40 original including installation.

I'd say prolly check places like JC Whitney or Summit or Jegs or something like that...I'd guess they'd have the best prices. Heck, check Ebay?

www.truckperformance.com , they had some pretty good prices on them. stock pipe size 92-93 = 3" and 94+ = 2.5"
