Did the battery go dead? If it did, try this. Press the accelerator to the floor & turn the engine over.I'm not sure of the specifics, but when the batt. goes dead the fuel pump circuit craps out. By pressing the accelarator to the floor it resets the system. Happened to me a couple months ago. Tow truck driver from the auto club explained it to me. Saved me a tow by using this method. Good luck.

Thanks,I gave that a try,still no luck...I should add,it's a '96 if that helps...
