you may have trouble with a complete underdrive kit. charging, cooling etc. i've heard a lot of people complain about these. i have just an underdrive crank pulley. notice a little diff in performance but no ill effects. charging, cooling or otherwise. you couldcheck jegs, summit for the pulleys. good luck.

V8 TB or if you have the money, Fastman or F & B TB's(they are pricey), free flowing muffler. i wouldn't spend any money on an exhaust system unless you want something "pretty". keep it in good tune. you could do the crank sensor mod and add a little timing.

if you've got the electric cooling fan and flex fan, you can do away with the flex fan. i got rid of my clutch fan about a year ago and installed a 180 deg t/stat and my truck hasn't overheated yet.

underdrive is larger then stock...the bigger diameter turn slower and reduces the rpm. smaller would increase the speed of your system, that would be an overdrive pulley.

ASP-504500

These Auto Specialties underdrive crankshaft pulleys turn your belt-driven accessories 25 percent slower than stock, and provide about 15 extra horses--for about 30 minutes work. You'll also get better mileage and accessory life in the bargain. The pulleys are made from either high-grade carbon steel or hard anodized aluminum. The steel pulleys features a black nitride finish, while the aluminum pulleys are hard anodized in black. They come complete with mounting bolts and instructions.

Actually now that I think about it I was thinking the bigger pulley would be more efficient but the smaller pulley would be correct.
