I need a little help. I have a 99 dakota with a 3.9 liter. It has 82000 miles on it. I recently got a code of p0141. So that means the heater on the post cat o2 sensor. So I replaced the o2 sensor an not 30 miles later I got a p0138 code. So I thought maybe a bad o2 sensor so I had the o2 sensor exchanged for another one. and the p0138 still came back. I am not sure what to try next.

Possible wiring / connector problem
make sure connector clean
check wire from sensor back to where it disappears in a bigger harness

Thanks for help I finaly found the problem. The connector that is located behind the little plastic cover in the drivers side wheel well where the proptioning valve is located rubbed through two wires. I am surprised that it happened in only 80000 miles. It must have been rubbing from day one.
