Did you check in under hood fusebox ?
While there check the harness under it and back to
firewall -=- look for a splice of wires = may need to be redone..!!
Also possible = check resistor block for heater
motor and connection to it -=- should be on
firewall -passenger side..
Have you verified horn itself OK ? may be bad ?
