Subject: ? for Larry or Amsoil(Stephen) IP: Logged
Message: I had asked this question in a previous thread but I don't think anybody really noticed. Anyway I had an issue with low oil pressure in my '93 v6 that I have since corrected. I am wanting to switch from 10W30 dino oil to fully synthetic, probably Amsoil and I was curious what change that may have on oil pressure. I have heard people say one way or another so now I have no clue. Will fully synthetic oil give you a higher or lower pressure, or does it change the pressure at all(assuming I still use 10W30)? Thanks for your help
