The manifold came off of a 95 3.9 and has been bead blasted and checked for cracks. I am going to port it according to the instructions from www.fast4x4.net. As long as I am satisfied with the results and only if I would be willing to put it on my truck (and I am damn picky about my truck), I will be doing the same port job on my manifold and selling this one on. It has the EGR port though which is not required on all trucks. My question to you guys is: is there anyone here who would be interested in it. I don't want to remove the EGR until I have confirmation from someone that wants it that way and has possibly given me a deposit. Or, I may port it, leave the EGR crap, and anyone interested can buy it and have a machine shop remove and plug off the EGR crap. Nevertheless, just want to see if there is some interest. I will have it ported in probably 2 weeks (when I have time) and will email pics to anyone who is interested. Thanks.

how much does it cost and how long does it take to ship over water?
you don't have to remove the egr port... just plug it. i am mildly interested but if it cost as much to ship it as to purchase it than not really.

The shipping is only $18. I am on a military installation so all my mail goes through the post office. Postage is the same as shipping from New York since that is where the miltary picks up/drops off the mail. I realize I only has to plug the side but the pictures on fast4x4's site showed there was some type of tube to be removed associated with the EGR port. Make me an offer. If you really want, I will NOT port it, hold on too it until I have done the one on my truck to my satisfaction, and then sell off the untouched manifold. How's that sound. Up to you.

As far as time, 7 days at the most. Would be shipped Priority Mail. I really got the thing so I could see one up close and personal and have an idea of what I was doing prior to pulling off mine. I would like to do a little work on it but if it wasn't a quality job, I wouldn't sell it and would abandon trying it on my own. I don't that will be the case because I am fairly skilled with my hands and pretty confident I won't have any problems. Let me know!

i really don't know what they are worth... never seen one for sale or one in the junkyard so just give me a price. i would also like to do some porting but want to have a backup just in case.

Not sure what they normally run anyways. Bought mine on ebay. I let you know when I get a little closer to doing it what I want for it. Depends on if I jack up mine;)
