Yes but you have to mod it slightly to fit
usualy just the mounting sometimes shorting the
tube

I have one of these on my 99 3.9... installed with no problem. I didnt have to modify anything. There was one peice that I didnt use though... i just oculdnt figure out where to put it... other than that, installation was a snap and took about 15 minutes once i was able to get the factory air box off.
