Anyone have an exploded view of the A500 or 518
trans valve body can not find my tech manual
Have a guy who took his body completly apart just
need to see 1-2 gov plug valve and spring location
I will keep looking for my tech manual

Works good
When someone brings you a valve body in a box in
peices trying to install a shift kit man what a
mess
I just had the shuttle spring and the 1-2 shift
valve spring mixed because I know the 1-2 gov
plug should install almost flush with the body
Not to bad going from just memery for an old guy
Got it in the truck this morn and works great
If anyone trys this take it apart slowly and lay
it out nice and in order things go not in a pile
it would give anyone a big head ache

In the morning I feel 100
Around noon about 75
By 3 pm about 50
Than its time to go to bed and start again LOL
Sleeping still 21 in my dreams
Old age and arthritis sneaks up on a guy real fast
They all call me the old sob in the shop its
allway where is that old sob I need his help
And just think I retiered over 3 years ago but
still love my cars and trucks boys toys ya know
30 years plus owning and running J&J

Larry, I understand the word athritis, I have it in both knees, I had cartilidge removed from both knees in High School sporting accidents. The cold damp weather here in Puget Sound region of Washinton State only adds to an already bad situation. I take the Schiff pain free product it contains Glucososamine, Chondrotin and MSM.
The Glucosoamine and Chondroitin are suppose to help rebuild cartilidge when taken over time. The MSM will help to reduce the dull achy pain that comes from arthritis.
Another product I have come across recently that has also been a great benefit is called Microlactin, this formulation is developed from milk proteins and in double blind studies it was 60 percent more effective than Glucosoamine alone in helping joint mobility. The company that has the best price that I have found on the Microlactin is Swanson Health Product out of North Dakota (no I do not own stock in the company or get any kind of kick back from them). I have tried all the above products and they do work for me.
If someone is allergic to shellfish you might have a reaction to the Glucosamine or Chondroitin. If someone has an allergic reaction to sulfer based products stay away from MSM since does contain a sulfer derative. I hope this helps.
