You need to drop the valve body

Drivers side
unplug elect connection
losen the 2 7/16 bolts on the TV and shift lever
and pop them off with screw driver

have shift lever in low 1st gear
put a wire accros under body to hold it up
remove the 10 7/16 bolts from body
now push down on elec plug body will pop out
remove e clip from park lever
now remove body
unbolt sol pack and replace 35 inch pounds or 3
foot pounds on pack bolts

There will be a new elec plug with the sol pack

hang body back on wire install park rod and eclip
oh ya be sure you catch the 1-2 accumulator valve
when it comes down pass side reinstall with the
springs shove it back up hold and get a bolt
started tighten in steps snug tighter than to specs

body to trans 13 foot pounds pan bolts same torque

not to hard to replace keep some rags handy its
