Subject: 02 sensor any way around them? IP: Logged
Message: I have 4 02 sensors, and 2 cat. conv. on my 3.7 dakota, put the exhaust on but i want to know if there are any ways to blowing by the sensors?

Message: Why would you want to? They're there to make the vehicle run well under all conditions, and pollute less. Besides, removing or disabling them is a felony, punishable by $2,500 fine.

Message: I saw something on the net somewhere of a kit that takes care of what you are looking for. I just tried to find it but i could not locate it. maybe you will have better luck.

Message: Dan the fastman sells o2 sensor simulators. i'm planning to get some soon, cut out my cats and everything. kinda pricy but it would be awesome.

Message: I always thought those were for after the cat use. What will we have next, replacement OBD-II connectors with a micro that always puts out good codes? My state has gone from tailpipe testing to just plugging into the connector for post 96 vehicles.

Message: If that's true, then they're simply defective, because that's not normal. They may have failed, and high-flow cats are available and legal.
