just get a brand name wire and replace it every 30,000 miles when you replace the cap, plugs, and rotor. It'll cost less and in every day driving you won't notice the difference.

if you are joe average don't worry about it you don't need it
if you go to the track and want every last pony you can get out
of your truck then go for it, factory wires have a huge amount of
resistance in them where these $80 wires have almost none, but
when you get those wires you need to watch your plugs and
adjust accordingly and may want to consider getting a msd 6a
box in your truck too to take advantage of those low resistance

This MSD 8.5 will out last the truck and you and
never need to be replaced unless you damage them
