Every time that I turn on the heater, I can hear a chirp sounding like it is coming from underneath the passenger side dash. ?????? WHAT IS IT IT DRIVES ME NUTS!

Sounds like it could be the bearings on your heater fan. If you can get to the motor there should be a little lubricarion hole. Spray a little wd-40 in the hole and run the motor.
