Hey J-Star, I have a friend named Jeremy or Jeremys04/3.7 and we havent been able to find anything for the 3.7 except a Cold Air Intake that he bought off of E-Bay! Other than that you might want to get 3.92s w/suregrip and If you have a 5 speed then thats a hell of a combination for a truck. Jeremys 5 speed CC 3.7 w/ CAI & 3.92s w/suregrip ran a 16.1 and he feathered the clutch with a little tire spin. These 3.7Ls are impreesive for a v6 and when they do make performance parts Jeremy will get them asap.
As far as Throttle bodies are concerned, I think You can swtch the 3.7L TBs for the 4.7L TBs....but not for sure yet....we will let you know!
