Message: I don't see how these things work... they 'swirl' the air before it hits the intake manifold, at which point it makes several sharp turns and is fed into smaller openings... so no, I'm going to say it probally doesn't do squat. Maybe if it was a TBI or Carburated engine, since the fuel is added before the intake manifold it -might- get a slightly better mix, but...
I hear you can make the same thing out of a coke can.

Message: I just got one to see if it will work. I have a 2001 Dodge 2500 with the cummins engine. If it makes any improvements I'll let you know. If it don't do anything I'll send it back.

Message: Don't know about the Cummins intake design, but they do not work on the standard Magnum V6/V8 intake manifolds (3.9/5.2/5.9L).
Here's why:
Air comes down throttle body bores, dumps into a very large plenum, makes a 45 degree bend, and then another 45-90 degree bend (depending on year) to enter the intake runner. There's no way the air will continue to "swirl" as they claim. (Poweraid Helix-Bore has the same type of theory...it doesn't work either.)
