I bought a Dakota 2x4 and took it mudding. The damm thing hit a telephone pole started smoking real bad. I couldn't figure out why green fluid went everywhere. So I drove off and we went into what is called the pit. So I followed my friend with his bad ass blazer into the pit. His blazer is so cool, it smokes alot of blue smoke out of the tailpipes, I think he has a custom conversion kit on it. It looks so cool with the badass smoke. Anyways, I went and followed him into the three feet of water. The engine started smoking real bad and the engine started making a loud stuggling noise and then the truck shut off. What did I do wrong? Does it need an oil change? The truck is 2002 Dakota R/T with 5,000 miles? Doesn't the R/T stand for rugged truck or something like that?

wow u must not know about the R/T, well its more or less for racing. Not good for hauling cus of the 1 2 drop on it. And 3 feet of water on a lowered truck...u probly got some water in the intake, and that is not a good thing

Usually Blue smoke means its burning oil. Not a good sign. Anyone who drives into a pole would have problems with there vehicle, regaurdless of what brand it is. Learn how to drive before you buy anything.

Yeah... you probably sucked some water into the intake, and other oriices if you left it sit in the water for any period of time. Who knows what other damage was done when you hit the telephone pole. There is a very simple solution to this problem however. Call Junque for Jesus or some other charity to come and pick up your truck. Then head down to your local Schwinn dealer and buy a bike. You're too much of an idiot to be operating a motor vehicle!
