 Subject: Radiator Cap '02 3.9

I have both a '94(261,000 miles) & an '02(20,000 miles). I want to know why it is that the radiator cap on the '02 is in the upper radiator hose & not on the radiator like on the '94.To make matters worse,the cap wont come off,Im sure it comes off DOESNT IT ?
One more question,what are the differences in the two motors?
Lastly,I am looking to buy a chrome grill,& both front & rear bumbers for the '94.....IF the price is right,Anyone have any ideas where I might get them besides Ebay?

The rad cap in the hose was just a dumb thing to
do if you ask me and yes they come off get a big
plyers there tight.
The only diff from your 94 to 02 is
94
has EGR
obd1
19 lbs injecters
02
No EGR
obd2
21 lb injecters
Everything else is exactly the same in the motors
