On your 94 just look down by the EGR tube behind
the head pass side with a light and you will see
the sensor

No reason to remove the front tire on the G2
trucks it will not help you.

A long T-handle allen wrench on your 94 will reach
down to the bolts or an allen head socket

If your planing on the sensor mod the 94 may have
the old type with bushings the newer and
replacement sensors have a steel top and makes it
a lot eisyer to mod.

slot 3/8 move towards oil filter and be sure you
remove the rubber grommit from the hole so the
sensor will move over

3 to 4 degree advance from this mod

Beware of the metal bracket on the replacement sensor. It isn't the same thickness as the original carbon composite one. If you set it over the bolt holes and push the sensor down, the sensor will bottom out before the bracket touches the engine. You need to shim under the metal bracket to get the same height as the original. I learned the hard way and cracked a brand new 50 dollar sensor. Used 3 small washers under each side between the bracket and the engine on my 2nd new one, and all is well.

my '00 QC 3.9 w/ 5sp manual has the "old style" plastic sensor w/ inserts. and it is the original. it's not hard to slot those holes either.
