Would just like some opinions. My 1989 v6 standard is really sluggish in 4th and especially 5th gear. I was wandering what you people would recommend doing to add some boost. I already put in new plugs and wires

The headers help a lot on the older throttle body
injection 3.9's
Be sure your cat is not falling apart inside and
restricting the flow and your o2 sensor is up to
snuff
Getting more cold air to the TB will also help
