Subject: 2000 dakota hard shifting into third IP: Logged
Message: hey everyone, my 2000 dakota's auto trans is acting up. when it is cold all gears shift smoothly except when shifting into third where it revs up to ~3000rpm and then shifts hard into gear. it shifts nicely into overdrive, and when it warms up all gears shift nicely. I was going to go get the trans fluid and filter changed tommorow, does anyone have any other possible solutions in mind? let me know!
