Message: Its a one afternoon job, you will need help to lift the bed. Just set it back on the chassis and read tires, no need to fully remove it.
Dont forget, remove tail gate.
Unplug all tail light wires.
Disconnect both gas filler and vent hoses.
If you need more help just ask..
Oh and look good, the pump has a line on it
and one on the tank, when new pump is installed those have to be lined up or gas gauge wont work..

Message: May seem redundant, but I am going to install
a fuel filter under the cab just for the extra
protection. I need to replace the fuel pump
assembly now and I like the idea of taking the
bed off. I have a tank strap that has rusted
out and I need to replace that too, and I can
replace the rear shocks easier too. Nice.
