Consider installing a 180 degree thermostat and installing a jet chip, this should add to the mods you already have.

a gear more suited for ur tire size
I myself am running 4.10s with 31s from my previous 3.55s. Believe it or not my mpg (both hwy/city) went up but thats cause my truck moves easier with a lot less throttle and i gained the use of overdrive
