Message: The PCM must receive input from the fuel sync sensor located in the distributor and the crank position sensor located in the top of the transmission bell housing within 2 seconds or the PCM will activate the ASD Auto Shut Down relay deactivating 12 volts to the ignition and fuel pump.
Another possibility: in the harness below the underhood fuse box is a connection of 4 red wires that get corrision that would appear greenish in color. These connections would need to be cleaned up and solder together to prevent future problems.
Hope this information helps. Report back when you find the problem.

Message: thankx for your help. I can tell if its gonna
start just by seeing if the check eng lit turns on when key is turned on. If check eng lit comes on it will fire right up else it won't start. Don't even have to start turning engine over would this still be sensors. is computer looking for signal even though not cranking over engine. I thought signal would be on or off 0 or 12v. or does the computer no if sensor is disconnected or intermitant if sync sensor on at 1 pos off at another or crank sensor on tdc off every where else. I'm leaning toward wiring under fuse box.

Message: Check that wiring - the " splice " may be further back in the harness .
If wiring is OK then fault is in the ASD relay
in that underhood fusebox..
