I was not able to open the bleedder screw it was stuck tight
is there something I'm doing wrong do I need some kind of specail tool ?

Nope. Nothing special. Just counter-clockwise. Most people don't touch them 'till there's a problem, so it's probably seized. Heat, and lots of it, is the answer here!
