Start here
Cold air intake
Bigger throttle body
1.7 ratio roller rockers
Next optional port match intake manifold to gasket
Now do the exhaust
Headers or 92 93 exhaust manifolds
High flow cat
low restriction muffler
Mod crank sensor for more timing
Now thats done
Better injectors FMS Bosch
Better Ign MSD multi strike

If all you want to do is "smoke shows" shorter(smaller dia) tires is the easy way.
