ok guys,
my truck over the las 3 weeks has had this happen 4 times 5 counting this morning. when i turn the ignition to start all elctronics work, but the starter is dead, and sometimes it turns 1/2 turn or so but not all the way and keep cranking enough to turn the motor. finally it will turn over and start. but like i said its not everday everytime but yesterday it happened a little bit more than it has the previous times as well this morning. so would it be an electrical issue(maybe a block ground) or starter going out? 110k miles all the basic mods plus exhaust chip ect.... please help

Probable in the starter problem
" solenoid " contacts and/or brushes/and/or
end bushing..
Possible - dirty battery connection
make sure cables/connectors clean and tight .
Possible battery going bad ?
What year is truck ?
Can you get the ' codes '
key on , off , on , off , on within 5 seconds
Not starting.
Then either " check engine light flashes
in groups of 2 digit codes
Or newer ( with digital odometer ) you
see the p codes
http://www.dodgeram.org/tech/gas/repair.htm
Go to this link to select code explanations
