Ok, I want to get a Jet Power Module. First of all is it worth the price? Second, if anyone has one, what kind of gains do you get from each, the stage 1 and stage 2. Is the stage 1 worth getting? The stage 1 gives 8-10 hp and 15 ft/lbs of torque. The stage 2 gives 10-15 hp and 20 ft/lbs of torque. However the stage 2 requires premium fuel and suggests the use of a 180 degree thermostat. Is this worth getting. Any help or experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Do the 180 t-stat no matter what. It's just a good upgrade. The jet stage 2 was worth my $135 off ebay, and I did it after flowmasters and Cold Air Intake. It was my most noticeable gain, and I was able to spin wheels after I put it in. I noticed quite a big gain, only second to my 50mm tb and port and polishing the intake manifold.

If you want to spend the real money, everybody is raving about the superchips. I haven't tested it, but it's around $400 retail.

Check ebay, and the chip is awesome...I always liked running 92-93 octane fuel. It's only 2-6 more dollars a week.

is because it is $hit. not worth ur cash. it does nothing more then what moving ur ait to your cai, or normal intake would do. if you have a 98 or up i highly recomend the super chips tuner. great mod! do a serch on here and u will see that the jet chip is just as much junk as a tb spacer. what year dak do u have?

I also have a k&n intake and custom exhaust, planning on getting a new TB. So i don't have much done. The only thing im going to do is full intake and exhaust...TB and headers and thats about it.

With no mods all it will do is give you better gas
mileage forget the stage 1

Hey thanks a lot! That really helped me decide on that Jet 2 chip. It also introduced me to those roller rockers... I had no idea what roller rockers were. I'm not exactly sure how they increase HP and torque. Do they raise the piston higher? Do cams do the same? I'd like to upgrade everything I can without going overboard. By overboard I mean no porting, boring, or polishing and no supercharger nos or turbo. Just bolt on stuff; naturally aspirated. I'd like to get headers, those roller rockers and that Jet chip. What else will give gains like that Jet chip and roller rockers? I will be installing a V8 tb. I have no cat converter; will that help? How much power can you pull from the 3.9 magnum?I'm kinda new so any help would be great. Thanks!

The rockers open your valves farther about .030
and they stay open longer about 4 degrees of
rotaition giving you more flow and power from
1800 rpm up

I would recomend a carsound high flow cat over no
cat, with out a converter your air/fuel ratio will
be off due to the abnormal temps on the o2 sensor
