My 97 DAK has a sticker on the glovebox door that has what type tranny is in my DAK. Try looking there. If you still have no luck, take your VIN nr and call the dealer. He can look up specific info using the VIN.

thanks, i looked there but had no sticker so i checked my book and the only 5 speed for the 93 was the ax-15 which i thought it was. Now i need to find out if the nv3500 will fit in place of that. If anyone knows if it will or where to find that information out let me know.

I've got a 2001 v6 with a nv3500 in it, so I think the front end of both trannys should be the same.
