 Subject: dash board lights

I need help before I go to the dealer for my problem.I lost my dash board lights and tail lights. My lights no longer blink when I unlock my truck from the remote. Its a 2001 club cab. Months ago I lost my head lights for a day but they came back. I checked all fuses but cannot locate a fuse for these lights. I thought the lighting stuff must be under the dash because I cant find it anywere else. Can anyone help?

Do you have an aftermarket alarm? If so it's possible that the connector they use for your light flash has failed. If not check to see if you are getting 12v at the black/yellow wire at the light switch. If you don't have it then you'll need to trace the wire. It should go to the fuse box. That should take care of your problem.

If it was a kia id tell you it was an ewtis (electrionic something time someting something) funky module that has to do with theft deterant and other types of non essential bulls... I see em nearly daily at work. However im not sure if dodge has anything like these in there cars.
