Well, I was having power problems, so I replaced my plugs, wires, distributor and rotor button (for some stupid reason I forgot to buy the distributor cap while I was at it). Anyway, as I was removing the distributor, I broke the oil pressure sensor to the passenger side of the distributor.
My first question is how the heck am I supposed to get the distributor off with that in the way??
Second question, is it a problem driving around with the oil pressure sensor broken like that. Seems to drive OK (I was terrified the truck would blow up as soon as I turned the key! Then it came on and said Check Gauges and the oil gauge was down and I figured I was safe).
Am I tempting fate or do I have a day or two before I have to do anything?
