Subject: engine code 52?

Message:
Thanks for any help. My 95 Dakota, 2wd, 3.9liter, 154000 miles is showing a code 52, "oxygen feed back system stuck at rich". I have replaced the O2 sensor, the map sensor, cleaned the egr diaphram, cleaned the iac sensor and the throttle body as best i could...Any ideas?

I also put in a new fuel pump. The truck seems to have lost some power which is more noticable going uphill. Thanks for any help!!!

Check the connections on the o2 plug

Also check the grounds, engine to firewall there
is a ground strap that deteriates and falls apart
if not remove and clean for good connection

one - How old is cat ? old = replace
two - if not above - then REPLACE EGR valve/sol
the valve is probably sticking/leaking

If the egr was acting up a code 32 would pop up
it would also effect the idle

It sounds like you may have a pluged cat

Carsound high flow $89 from truckperformance.com
get 2 2 1/2 clamps and cut the old one out slip
it on and clamp it and your done no welding
needed
