My question is, Why put a topper on a truck, why not just buy the Durango cuz that is what it turned into.

LOL- good one on the tailpipe- I am planning on getting dual exhaust here sometime.
As far as why to put a topper on my truck........
Im a liquor salesman and need the extra room to carry "stuff" you know- Wine racks, beer signs, coupons, an occasional sample or two, etc. As far as it looking like a Durango...Mighty long Durango! I didnt want a Durango cause of 3 reasons: 1)not enough space, 2)premium on insurance (costs more for an SUV in Illinois), 3)Dealers pricings are rediculous on Durangos around here!

I'm not real crazy about caps either, it loses the whole truck look, but for a cap it does look nice.

I think it looks real refined with the cap on it. And I bet it makes the truck a lot more function for what you're doing.
All you need now is a bedrug to finish off that refined look :)
