Question from a friend of mine with a Gen II... WE're in the process of installing Hella 530's on his ride (soon to be a pre-runner). We wired it the way the direction say all the upto connecting the wire that goes to the switch, then then the other switch wire goes to the relay... The directions say to hook it up to the High Beams, but we want it connected to the parking lights. We connected it, a went through 2 30amp fuses. If we directly wire the light to the battery, the wire catch on fire........ Do we connect the wire to a fusable link (i.e. make it fusable), or what???????
