Message: Just spent all day installing mine. Had to do a custom fit because of the bedrug and Cervini's tailgate spoiler. This meant removing the aluminum trim on three of the sides (pop rivets), cutting off 5/8" off the end, miter cutting the ends so it fits flush, then pop riveting it back together. And damn if it didn't work, lol!
Back to your question, the cover seems very nice. It has a thin piece of fiberglass on top and bottom, with foam sandwiched in between. This makes the cover very light, easily handled by two weak-kneed bodies. Fit was very good. Make sure you get the quick disconnect hinges if you plan on removing it at any time. The aluminum lip rests on the bedrails on all 4 corners with stick on rubber molding all the way around.
The only thing I didn't like was the way the rear was held down with two quick disconnect straps (like on a backpack). One end was attached to the bottom of the cover and the other to the truck sidewall inside. It would have worked, but seemed a very cheesy way to do it. But for a few extra bucks, you can buy some key locks that should take care of that.
It doesn't fit totally flush because of the rubber molding, sticking up about 1/16" above the bed rails, but looks cool. Mine will be painted to match the truck, and the finish is very smooth. So far I like it very much.
