Ok i live in Canada and have DRL on my 2002 CC Dakota Sport+ 4x4. I want to disable them. I have checked the fuse panel and under the hood as well. Anyone have any ideas on how i can disable them.

Ive been searching for a solution to this one
for a while.
Fuses arent the answer. The closest i got was
the park/fog combination to go out (no dash
lights either)
Anyways after i got my shop manual, I found
out they are controlled by the central timer
module CTM
It is in the DS kick panel, 3 computer inputs
are on it, leading me to beleive they could be
programmed out. Any thoughts?

with 97 and 98 only there is a fuse, all others you have to unplug the DRL controller, black box bolted to the innerside of the fender behind the battery, and run a jumper wire to two posts so that the high beams indicator will still work properly.

If you unplug the modual you loose the high beam indicator in the dash. I will have to see wiring diagrams to tell if there is a wire that can be cut.

you can pull the plug but have to run a jumper wire to make the highbeam indicator work.
