I have an 88 regular cab, are there any bucket seats that will bolt into place or do I need to weld in new brackets?

steve d, try the bucket seats of an old fwd, mi to late 80s. I have a pair of seats out of an 86 chry lab gts in my dak. They bolted right in to my surprize. The only thing I had to do is get a couple of extra bolts for the switch. good luck..

I too will be pulling my factory buckets, yes I know they were an option.. but I like support and adjustable headrests... I may be in the very near future attemting an install of prelude buckets.. they are sitting in my garage in mint condition.. it's just a matter of time. I took a few quick measurements and the holes don't line up, but if they look okay and the height works for me.. they will be going in. If/when, I will be documenting the install w/pics and posting.
