2001 CC SLT, V6, K&n FIPK, Flowmaster

I recently ordered a set of T-Rex billet grill
inserts along with the lower inserts for the
bumper. Now I'm hearing that the lower
inserts may not install because of the
transmission cooler. Anybody ever heard of
this problem and will it still install easily?
I hope I don't have to send it back, or can I
install it with maybe some elbow grease or
some easy modifications?
