 Subject: CHROME VS POLISHED ?

HAVE 2000 CC 4X4. I LIVE IN CANTON,OH (SNOW AND ROAD SALT). I WANT TO PUT NEW RIMS ON THE TRUCK. ANYBODY HAVE ANY OPINIONS/EXPERIENCE WITH ONE, THE OTHER, OR BOTH? THE RIMS WILL BE USED ALL YEAR ROUND. WOULD KEEP EITHER ONE CLEAN IN THE WINTER, BUT LOOKING FOR THE MOST DURABLE FINISH. SEEMS LIKE POLISHED MIGHT LOOK BETTER ON A 4X4.

powder coated or silver. either way, with
chrome or polish, you have to constantly be
polishing them. If you wash your truck once a
week though, it shouldnt be a problem. I think
my polished wheels looked worse after it
snowed, They tend to go hazy if you dont
polish them right. With my dakota, I am going
to go with powder coated or silver, that way I
dont have to worry about the shine.
